At MagnetVibes, we ensure that all our customized fridge magnets meet high-quality standards. As these items are made to order, they are non-returnable. However, if there is an issue with the quality or if the item is damaged during transport, we will gladly send you a replacement.
1. Non-Returnable Items
All customized fridge magnets are non-returnable unless they meet the conditions below.
2. Eligible Replacements
We will replace your item under the following conditions:
- The item has a defect in quality.
- The item was damaged during transport.
You must inspect the item before signing the receiving documents. If you find any damage or quality issues, the item must be returned immediately, without signing the delivery receipt. Contact us right away, and we will arrange to send a replacement customized magnet.
3. No Refunds
Please note that we do not offer refunds. In cases of damaged or defective items, we will provide a replacement.
4. Shipping Replacements
If your item qualifies for a replacement due to the conditions mentioned above, we will cover the shipping costs for the new item. Please contact us at contact@magnetvibes.com for further instructions.
